Phone support or training is the most common and accessible method of increasing your knowledge about IMS
- If you are on the monthly support package, you are encouraged to call our sales office for assistance at any time during regular business hours.
- If you have questions about a specific task or area of the program, just call the sales office and a Xanatek staff member will be happy to help.
- If you want more in-depth training, call the sales office to schedule an appointment. Depending on your individual needs, a Xanatek staff member will schedule a training session from 30 minutes to three hours.
