Roaming Connection

  1. After you click the link a download will begin.
  2. Choose "Open" or "Run" from the popup window.
  3. If prompted again, choose "Run".
  4. A window will popup with the words "Xanatek Help Desk". Double-Click on the computer number given by the technical support representative.
  5. You will soon have support!
