Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivating sales person to cultivate sales for the Insurance Management Solutions (IMS) software program within the independent agent insurance industry.

The applicant must possess a good understanding of the property and casualty insurance market. Previous experience working for an independent agency is preferred. Strong computer skills and an understanding of technical issues is a plus.

Responsibilities include cold calls, telemarketing and some travel. This is a commission only position with health and retirement benefits.

Trainer/Technical Support Representative

Xanatek is looking for an enthusiastic trainer and technical support representative who would be responsible for training users on the Insurance Management Solutions (IMS) program within the insurance industry.

The applicant must possess a good understanding of the property and casualty insurance market. Previous experience working for an independent agency is preferred. Strong computer skills and understanding of technical issues required.

Responsibilities will include travel to new client locations for group training. When not training, this person will provide technical support on the phone to clients, as well as on-line training. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
