Call Center Tour - Call Note
The user has selected line 1 and the blank note window is displayed. A user has control over the call and the ability to do the following.
- Write a note about the call with just like the notes within IMS
- Create a “Todo“ after the closing of the note
- “Assign” the call to an IMS Client or Prospect if the program didn’t find the phone number within IMS
- “Lookup” the Client or Prospect with IMS
- Transfer the call to another user who is in the “Online Users” or to voice mail of “Offline Users”
The “Call Data” will show if the data that has been located in IMS or the Caller ID is unknown to the system.

The “Users” list is for transferring the call to another user who is online or to voicemail. Clicking on the button next to the user’s name will transfer the call to that user. The phone is for transferring the call to voicemail.
