Call Center Tour - Incoming Call
Call found within IMS
Call Center is the where and how you select your incoming and outgoing phone calls. In this example, line 1 of a 4 line system has an incoming call. The system also has found the caller within IMS and changed the “Caller ID” to the name within IMS. Currently the number 1 button is enabled and no user has picked up line 1. At this time you may select line 1 and start a note.
